  • In most cases, leadership coaching arrangements are simply one person helping another to solve problems. The coach is generally experienced in problem solving techniques, and the job expertise in question, and therefore is able to assist the coachee in working through their challenge.

    Coaching arrangements can be one-time challenges, or can be on-going in nature as the coachee requires guidance along their development path, to arrive at their best answers to problems.

    Some of the most effective coaching sessions that I’ve conducted have involved helping the coachee to see themselves from someone else’s perspective - thus revealing a blind spot, and resulting in an ‘ah-ha!’ moment and a breakthrough.

  • The focus of the free discovery session is to determine if my coaching service is the right path forward to achieve your goals.

    Together we will:

    • Develop a clear image of your goals and determine where you are stuck!

    Define the scope of the challenge that we will work together to improve.

    • Define how we will proceed together to work on solving the challenge, including the logistics and pricing.

    • If needed, I will help you determine the value proposition to your organization, to help you secure funding approval for your coaching.

    • If, at any point, either of us determines this is not a great fit to help you move forward, there is no further obligation.

    If we decide to move forward, we will schedule our future sessions!

  • On-going leadership coaching sessions are scheduled after the discovery call where we can work together to achieve your goals:

    • Life is dynamic! Therefore, we will continuously refine the challenges we are working on together in order to ensure we solve the right problems.

    • We will develop and evaluate the various options available in order to create an action plan that will deliver the best results.

    • I will not be your friend - I will be your coach! That means I will challenge you, and likely tell you things that no-one else has been willing to tell you.

    • Together, we will reveal your blind spots, logic gaps, or critical leadership elements needing to be revisited. By doing so, you will become a better leader and be better able to achieve your goals!
